Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Nigeria: 2–7 business days
International (USA, Canada, Europe, etc.): 5–15 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, logistics issues, or high demand periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues. However, we will assist customers in resolving such issues where possible.
